Pasteurised Pig Blood Curd, also known as Blood Tofu (猪血), is a traditional Asian food product made from fresh pig's blood that has been carefully processed, pasteurised, and formed into soft, smooth cubes. It has a delicate texture similar to silken tofu and a mild flavour that readily absorbs the taste of soups, broths, hotpots, and stir-fried dishes.

Cooking Suggestions
