Our Oyster Blade Steak Cut, otherwise known as the Flat Iron or Feather Blade, is famous for its soft, tender texture and succulent flavour (p.s. because it is a lesser known cut it is also priced lower). The Flank and Skirt are also really great cuts that can be done as a steak, or cut into strips and stir fried like what we did to make fajitas and beef bulgogi.
